Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your item in its original presentation box and include all certificates, appraisals, and documentation before placing it inside a secure shipping carton.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure your high-value item is fully insured during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
